PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, launches, holidays or market events processings times may be slightly longer.


SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise stated.


TRACKING

Tracking is included on all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Sunflower Hollows is not responsible for delays cause by postal carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If your parcel appears lost of significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage costs before being resent


DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • any damage

This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible
