Returns

We want you to love your order from Sunflower hollows

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused and in original condition

  • items myst be returned in original packaging where possible

  • proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • earrings for hygiene reasons

  • custom or personalised items

  • sale or clearance items

Change of Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind purchases.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48hours of delivery with:

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Fraudulent Claims

Sunflower Hollows reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements where claims appear fraudulent, misleading, altered, digitally modified, misleading, or inconsistent with the condition of the original order.

Additional information or evidence may be requested before a refund or replacement is approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Pleas allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged safely.

Sunflower Hollows is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Tracking is recommended for all return parcels.
